Zuzana qualified as an Architect following the Postgraduate course in Professional Practice in Architecture (RIBA Part III) at the University of Westminster.
Prior to that, she studied Architecture at the University of Kent and University College London, where her project for an Intercultural School in Lisbon sprung from theatre-based educational methodologies, derived from collaborative work with children from her former primary school in Košice, Slovakia.
Zuzana has worked on a variety of building scales and sectors in architectural studios in both the UK and Hamburg, where she also volunteered as a stage designer.
She predominantly works on the conversion of agricultural buildings in East Anglia and oversees the domestic extensions to grade II and I listed buildings.
Zuzana’s passion for sustainable construction has most recently led her to volunteer for Architects Climate Action Network and is on a part-time MSc course in Green Building at the Centre for Alternative Technology to further develop her knowledge and enthusiasm in this field.
