We need an experienced ARB/RIBA Architect or CIAT Technician capable of running projects on their own.

The successful candidate will be directly responsible to a director and will run complete projects from inception to completion.

We work predominantly with the conservation and adaptation of listed and historic buildings for private, corporate, charitable and public clients and your CV will demonstrate your experience in this field.

Considerable expertise in the production of construction detailing and contract administration in historic building or high-quality housing projects is essential and membership of AABC or IHBC will be beneficial.

We work in a converted barn in a delightful rural location so you will need your own car to be able to visit our clients.

This position will be for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Salary: £34,000pa pro-rata
