Kay Pilsbury Thomas Architects is an award winning, family practice of Chartered Architects and Interior Designers passionate about historic buildings and the stories they tell. We have dedicated our studio to working with old and listed buildings and have Accreditation in Building Conservation. We specialise in high quality conversions, extensions and adaptations to historic buildings of all shapes and sizes.

Sibyl Thomas is an Architect Accredited in Building Conservation (AABC) and our close-knit, friendly team of Designers are all extremely experienced and qualified in historic buildings. We are familiar with many of the Conservation Officers and Planners in the areas listed, with a select, high-quality list of local Craftsmen & Builders to ensure your building is finished to a superb standard.
