Muriel joined KPT in 2010, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Business Accounts and Administration within building construction and design. She holds City & Guilds certificates for accounts, business management and various IT applications.
Alongside her office admin duties to maintain office organisation procedures, ensuring our studio runs smoothly and efficiently, Muriel also accompanies Sibyl on Church Quinquennial Inspections; and assists in compiling the Quinquennial Reports. She is also a key member of the team when preparing entries for RICS, RIBA, DAC and other awards.
She researches property listings and other information for preparation of a documentation folder, enabling our Designers to gain an insight into the properties before attending initial visits with potential clients. Following these visits, she works closely with the Designers to prepare and send fee proposal letters.
